This is Bachmann 25961 On30 Midwest Quarry & Mining Co. 2-8-0 w/DCC Steam Loco #26. Each version of the DCC-equipped 2-8-0 also includes wood load, coal load, and oil bunker and two stack styles (onion and tapered). Features includes DCC-equipped for speed, direction, and lighting 5 pole, skew-wound motor die-cast chassis, boiler, and tender frame see-through clearance under boiler spoked, solid, or outside bearing lead trucks per prototype operating headlight, and separately applied detail parts.

Introduced as a relative ‘Late-comer” to the industry the 2-8-0 would quickly rise to popularity as a freight hauler the late 19th and early 20th century with its use spanning from the US to Europe. Hailed for its versatility during its run, the 2-8-0 would serve as a heavy freight hauler for various rail-ways before eventually seeing its use wind down starting in 1915. With a handful now in museums, there is still one model still operating in Pennsylvania today!
