Bowser HO Scale ready-to-run 70-Ton 2-Bay Covered Hoppers are based on Pullman-Standard prototypes built beginning in the mid 1950s and operated into the 2000s. They hauled cement, grain and other heavy, granular materials. These layout-ready freight cars feature injection-molded bodies with accurate decoration, molded details that stand up to layout operations, free-rolling trucks with metal wheels and magnetic knuckle couplers. The 70-Ton 2-Bay Covered Hopper model feature open or closed sides as appropriate for each scheme. They re great additions to your diesel-era freight trains.
