This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There are scuffs, scratches, spots of paint loss, and dirt residue throughout these shells. The roof pieces have yellowed on two. The window inserts have yellowed on a few. Some of the pickups are loose. There is wear and tarnish on the wheels from previous use. The axles show surface rust. These items have not been tested and are being sold As-Is. The overall appearance of these items may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manuals are not included.
