This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. A few stanchions are broken causing hand rails to bent or come loose. There are spots of dirt or rust caked on to the plastic shell and cat walk areas. There are rub marks, scuffs, spots of discoloration and heavy dirt residue throughout the shell and hand rails. The white hand rails have discolored from dirt residue. There is residue and markings on the underframe. The coupler tails are rusted. There is wear and tarnish on the wheels from previous use. The traction tires are worn and dirty. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. Due to the date of manufacture, the buyer may need to replace the battery. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
